Just as Android Apps can be used to learn using the constructionist learning theory - where the students create meaningful artefacts and in the process gain deeper understanding of a concept - Android Apps can also be used to express what the students learn or observe and in the process generate another artefact. The various specific applications for these Apps in expression can be seen here

 

Below is a brief list of various Apps that allow for meaningful expression.

PowerDirector

 

Power Director is a powerful App which facilitates creating high quality videos from captured videos or photos. It also supports adding audio and effects to the videos. Plenty of formats are supported to suite individual need. 

 

 

Google Slides

 

Google slides is here to replace the common powerpoint presentations. It  is an effective and powerful tool to make engaging presentations. There are variety of themes, templates and effects to choose from.

 

 

Comic Creator

 

Comics are a part of many student's lives. Comic creator provides a wonderful opportunity to create one's own comic book by using predefined and user created faces, characters and interactions. They can be used very effectively for story telling.

 

 

Lexis Audio Editor

 

Autotunes are an entertaining way of expressing oneself. Students can get a chance to be extremely creative in mixing, matching and patching music to create new sounds and audio expressions.
